Well, after a six-month snooze fest I guess it’s time to wake this blog back up, give it a huge cup of coffee, feed it some bacon, and brush it’s teeth.  Two weeks from today I’m a-flyin’ down to Chile on my way to Antarctica: Part III.

This time I’ll be down south for 4 months rather than 6 weeks, and I’ll be on land rather than on a boat (read: camping on weekends, ice climbing, bar, hot tub, pool table, and legally allowed to touch penguins).  In the meantime, send me your address so I can mail you a postcard.
